SENDING AD MATERIAL
We can take ad material in a variety of ways. If the ad is all type, we can take it via fax, email or regular mail. For an ad file or graphic transmission, we routinely receive ad data as email attachments. The favored form is JPEG, TIFF or PDF. We do not recommend sending ads with the .pub suffix (made by Publisher software). It is preferable to send larger electronic files than smaller. We can downsize if necessary, but if we begin with a file that is too small, it may not have enough data stored in it for good reproduction. If you have a question about sending complete ads or ad material, don't hesitate to call or email.

The ad deadline is the 10th of the month preceeding the issue date.
